"First" day of school

It is my first day of school! Okay, so maybe it is my second day at school and Mom didn't think about taking a picture untill she saw all the other Moms at school taking pictures of their children - at least she got me to school at all - and on time to boot! And I look just as cute on my second day as I did on my first day. Anyway, now I can smile because I know how fun school is!

Stop.... Tummy Time!

Tummy Time used to be so hard, made us say, " Oh, my Lord"

We love the Bumbo!

We put the Bumbo on the table during dinner time and Coop and Claire took turns "Bumbo-ing" - they loved being the centerpiece during our dinner, and especially loved being on eye level with Emma, who sat at their left.

Uncle Dean, Lynne, Alicia and CJ came to visit us. It was great to spend time with family! Lynne is holding Coop and Claire is asleep in the swing.

Equestrians

Okay, so maybe equestrian is a bit of a reach... I am just exploring my career options (see earlier posts of cyclist, engineer). Could I be a professional carousel rider? Would that be called a carouselian? Mom and Dad say that as long as I love my job, it doesn't matter how much money I would make - just look at them!

Engineers

Dad and Emma playing at the park. Dad is the best at playing! He runs and climbs and slides and drives the train and everything!

Fancy Feet

Aren't we fancy? Look at our feet! We wore these shoes to church. Dad doesn't understand why we need shoes, but big sister Emma understands the need to be fancy! Grama Great gave Emma these shoes before we knew she was a girl - so a pair for a girl or a boy - how lucky!

Biker Chick!

Emma just got her first bike. She is really getting the hang of it! Before long, she will be cruising around town, entering the MS 150, buying her first motorcycle - JUST KIDDING! Let's just stick with the Elmo training wheels for now...

Princess EmmaLeigh

Emma is in this outfit at least once a day. She plays "dress-up" and becomes either Princess Genevieve or Princess "Sir Punzel" (that is Repunzel to the rest of us).

Check us out smiling at the same time! Must be our cute outfits from Grammy and Grampy V. You should see the matching hats (but we are not as keen to smile with those on).

Thanks for the adorable seersucker suites, Grama Ann and Grandad! They made Cooper giggle!

Tony, Kim, Thomas and Katelyn came to visit for the weekend. Emma and Thomas had a ball on the water slide together.

Now we are both smiling... You need to work on it alot to get Coop to grin, but Claire will smile anytime! Unfortunately, it is really tricky to get us both to smile at the exact same time!
